Tonight, we're covering Heroes Rising's first LEAGE WARS: DUELS event.
For a Duel event, there are some changes in builds and power card usage.
Let's take a look at a few things before we see the round 1 results.
In this LEAGE WARS: DUELS event, you will have a max team of 1, so it's just you and your top 5 of each attack, defense, and movement power cards. This will make up your base stats. To make sure you're looking at your duels' stats, visit your profile page and click the 'View for team size of 1' button.
Use this button to see the proper stats and tweak your suit builds.
Speaking of suit builds, duel suits are similar to normal battle builds but you will want to use gear that increases your base +attack, +defense, +move, and +life stats, and if you can throw in some gear that increases initiative, regeneration, and stun effects that is great too.

After you get your build like you want, don't forget to figure in cons and utilities.
Enough of the particulars, let's see how round 1 went.
In Division 1, CHAOS THEORY unleashes chaos on the Super Freaks and it shows. CHAOS THEORY won 144-0. WMD - NEW ORDER leaves The Disenchanted Brüte Squad disenchanted and the Brutes fall 139-12.
Could the winners of this round 1 fight be headed for a round 3 championship battle? Maybe, but nobody plays for free here.
Both teams will have round 2 opponents to face first.
Division 2 had Colony 5¹ facing Outlaws Inc.. The Outlaws were dropped in a decisive Colony 5¹ victory, 118-42. The MVP's props go to Whips and Chainz for most def wins. 5th Precinct: Omniversal Traffic Cops and The S.H.O.P. 5¹ put on a heck of a fight. It was a close one but The S.H.O.P. 5¹ got shut down 80-76.
In Division 3, Fortress of Solitude put straight jackets on the Super Freak Squad. Fortress winning 145-49. The 5th Precinct: Omniversal Guardians and CREATURES OF THE NIGHT had a close slobber knocker, but the Guardians prevailed, 89-82.
Fights that close are the best to watch, aren't they?
The SERAPHIM ANGELS of Division 4 faced Battle Born but lost, 79-45 and the Aussie Freaks buried The Justice League down under with a 159-43 victory. I guess that Justice will have to wait.
In Division 5, Outlaws Inc 2 shoots the BAD MOON RISING and sets the moon, 92-38.
The SOB HUNTER /KILLERs went on an angel hunt and pulled some feathers off the Angels Of Sorcery. Angels fall 76-58.
Division 6 has the Stacked Deck coming up 4 aces and dealing Tygger’s Freak Show a bad hand. Tygger’s Freak Show got busted 137-18.
The Avengers 5¹ Walking Dead had the right vaccine for the INFECTEƊ 5¹. The Walking Dead takes the heads off the of INFECTEƊ, 52-27.
Is it wrong that after the vaccine both sides kind of resemble Sloth from the Goonies?
In Division 7, SOB SOCIETY OF MEMBERS OF DISMEMBERED shut down The W.a.r.e.h.o.u.s.e, 129-8
and PAIN Inc. kamakazi karaoked B๏wtie Karaoke, 63-24.
Someone should have sung tenor twelve miles away.
Somebody in Division 8 called the ᗷOᗰᗷSᑫᑌᗩᗪ to diffuse the Freaks of Nature. Nature loses 72-41 and the Freak Frequency found the right frequency to outfreak the New Freaks, 21-18.
That's a lot of freaking freak frequency there.
Don't feel bad if you had to read it three times, I had to write it four.
In Division 9, the SOB MEAT LOCKER butcher some PRIDE OF LIONS, 78-31.
SUFFERING breaks the MacGregors, 47-4.
Division 10 has ᗷOᗰᗷSᑫᑌᗩᗪ 2 facing ᗷOᗰᗷSᑫᑌᗩᗪ 3. Bomb 2 explodes and Bomb 3 is the dud and loses, 18-0.
SOB OVERLORD doesn't care if it's good to be king. The King's Gambit gets dethroned, 95-11.
In Division 11, LOST SOULS snatch the souls right out of the RAIDERS as well as the win, 42-34. 9PLANETS ORBITING tames the Barbarianz, 36-0.
The SPIRITS spook the surf out of the SURFERS with a 6-0 win and The SCAVENGERS OF WASTLAND dump on the H.E.A.T Team 1:
Hazerdous Environment Assault Teams, 67-2. WASTLAND gets extra points for spelling. They are hazardous. That's division 12 for ya.
Division 13 has the SOB: NEST OF VIPERS beating the H.E.A.T Team 2: Hazerdous Environment Assault Teams, 83-23. Turns out a nest of vipers are hazardous also. FREE CITY proves nothing in life is free and charge Spex on the Beach with loitering, 39-1.
In Division 14, Team Air, Water, Earth, Fire, Fan and Sword! cross a bridge to nowhere and win the round by one, 18-17 and Los Jefes take out the kool Krew of Konquest, 29-8.
Finally, in division 15, Ivalice Alliance beat Sextant Knights,18-12. TEAM COBRA takes no prisoners and the Tempest Forged fall, 14-6.
Va Va Voom say BYE bye birdy and win14-0. Kolor Krew painted What you thought you were the only one? in purple and black with the bruises they left behind. Kolor Krew win, 26-0.
