When you find McClurg she tells you the evil one is not normal it is not he's grown too powerful with the book of Shadow something that should not have happened It is thrown off balance good and evil and must be stopped.

He is killed millions over different dimensions The Book of Shadows is how he gets his power but he must kill to do the rituals to maintain and grow stronger no one knows where it is hidden or how he got it.

Avenger's top 40 Toons after LWs 18: Back to Basics

By: Avenger
ID# 14779

Robert Steele (Avenger) here to give you the top 40 toons after LW’s.#18 Back to Basics

1)Avenger- After the last war, The Avenger nearly dropped to Div 2 but a perfect round attacking WMD in the final and 14-4 Defending =28-4 in the final. The rumors of his demise might have been premature. I hear WMD has that issue.
2) Super Rakly- The Avenger is just keeping the seat warm on the top spot for the game's strongest toon.
3) New Hanzo- The plan is working... Three-dimensional chess at its best.
4) THE BIG SNAKE- Moves up a spot as he adjusts to the game’s changes.
5) Heretic- Slowly making his way to the top. The spot he enjoyed when I first started reporting on LWs.
6) §レαgα†h⊕☈ ][.- A nice bounce back, but the Avengers take the top 5 spots this war.
7) Skelly Animal- One step forward, two steps back. Expect 3 steps forward soon.

8)Meat Rising- The rising meat was hard to beat.
9) Retired 1- If it wasn’t for the four attacking losses rule he would still be giving us defensive wins.
10) E.L.E.- Under new management, this old toon has made huge strides.
11)Retired 2- or was that retarded? Strong toons both but still playing checkers to Hanzo’s chess.
12) Damon- Nice guys move up a spot
13) Magnificent Punlurk- Another gold for the Punkster.
14) Zen- Colony ices all comers for a Div 2 Gold.
15) The Gentleman- Keeps moving up the ranks and well-dressed lists.
16) Night Shadow- I remembered him 2 LWS in a row. Was that guilt or his skill?
17) Slayer B.A.S.- Part of the new fearsome foursome. A mistake to underestimate this pound-for-pound best toon in the game.
18) IboShin Gu- Ninjas=Gold. You would think there would be more of them... Or are there?
19) Sevon- Up as he cracks the top 20. The second member of the fearsome foursome.
20) Old Hanzo- He would be higher but that’s part of the plan or is it?
21) BSC - The lone wolf gathers no sheep or Gold.
22) Painguin- The third member of the fearsome foursome. Just ask the Marshall.
23)No Bueno- Que? Very Bueno and ahead of Dak.
24) Star Crawler or was it grape ape or was it Ice Ice Baby. Another LW another gold.
25) Carnifax- A new entry to the list. The fourth member of the fearsome foursome. WHO????
26 Martial Law- Dropped to Division Four and found it, not to his liking.
27) Shadow Walker- A shadow of his former self.
28) Dr. Silver Strange- It’s strange seeing him this low but it’s part of the… Plan?
29) Whips- Drops out of the top 25 as the new wave, we are Devo, of toons whips it good.
30) Chainz- Working on the Chaniz…GGGAnnggg annng.
31) Loki- Keeping it on the down low. He would be higher but he took the Avengers Gym
32) Ultra Instinct- Is that a light beer? A bear light? Quick... hide the cocaine.
33) The Outsider- Moves inside the top 40.
34) Princess Sari- A real Plan in the ass.
35) Tri-Blade- I tried to think of something funny. I should have planned ahead.
36) The Wizard- He should be higher... bad planning on my part.
37) Shadow Wizard- Plagiarism at its finest or is that Plan-erism?
38) Cocaine Bear- I told you to hide the drugs. The first to level 1000
39) Cha Ching- Every time a cash register rings, that’s someone that should be buying MPs.
40) Lumpsum- The Sisyphus of the Hill.

It certainly has been an extraordinary round 3. Watching these exceptional warriors battle for supremacy in their respective divisions.

Without further Ado, let's see who reigned supreme in round 3.

We'll start with Division 1. Well, because, who starts with a middle division? In division 8 ... Got ya. Let's get started. he he he.

In Division 1, CHAOS THEORY throws down with max chaos, and WMD - NEW ORDER got their order wrong and take the loss, 131-78.

Super Freaks and 5th Precinct: Omniversal Traffic Cops had a knockdown-drag-out in a super close bout, but the Traffic Cops get their ticket book taken away by the Super Freaks, Freaks win, 94-73.

Next up is Division 2. Magic apparently doesn't work on penguins,
Colony 5¹ flipper whips the Angels Of Sorcery 94-28.
The Disenchanted Brüte Squad handles the 5Th Precinct: Omniversal Guardians,117-30.

In Division 3, The S.H.O.P. 5¹ put on a shop class. Winning while making ashtrays.
S.H.O.P. 5¹ takes the win and the Super Freak Squad can keep the ashtrays. 68-27.
The W.a.r.e.h.o.u.$.e put the SERAPHIM ANGELS on a dusty shelf after a 39-34 victory.

Division 4s ᗷOᗰᗷSᑫᑌᗩᗪ 1 couldn't breakthrough the Fortress of Solitude. That bomb was a dud. Fortress snuffs ᗷOᗰᗷSᑫᑌᗩᗪ 1, 70-22.
The CREATURES OF THE NIGHT take out the Aussie Freaks, 98-51.

If you're following Division 5, Watch out for the Avengers 5¹ -Walking Dead.
They are hungry for wins and brains (and maybe a lil bite of a leg.)
Outlaws Inc couldn't escape the dead and lose limbs, 51-44.
No justice today for The Justice League. SOB HUNTER /KILLER annihilate, 99-18.

In Division 6, $tα¢кє∂Ðê¢k, win their 3rd round in a row and are howling mad at BAD MOON RISING. BAD MOON RISING runs out of Wolf's Bane and catches a few bad hands and lose, 119-40.
My, how the mighty have fallen. MIGHTY JUSTICE AVENGERS fall to Tygger’s Freak Show, 77-16.

Division 7 has the Outlaws Inc defeating the 5th Precinct: Space Force, 80-13.
Get your forcefield checked. In a rather close battle, B๏wʈIΣ Karaoke sings, We will Rock You, and they did. SOB SOCIETY OF MEMBERS OF DISMEMBERED fall, 101-70.

Next up, in Division 8, PAIN Inc. brings the pain to The Star Force. Another star goes out and losses,79-34. IɳʄECTEƊ 5¹ takes a bite or two out of the Freaks of Nature. IɳʄECTEƊ 5¹ wins 111-20.

Followed up by Division 9, ᗷOᗰᗷSᑫᑌᗩᗪ 2 beat that SOB MΞΛTL♢CKΣRleague, 55-5.
The New Freaks and THE MAGNIFICENT SEVEN 5¹ had a super close round but in the end, New Freaks win by 3, 64-61.

In Division 10, ᗷOᗰᗷSᑫᑌᗩᗪ mini carpet bomb SOB ØVɆⱤⱠØⱤĐ in a shutout, 38-0. SUFFERING also shut out the MacGregors!! 9-0.
Well done winners.

Division 11 has ᗷOᗰᗷSᑫᑌᗩᗪ 3 and they ain't playing chess. It's more like minesweeper. Queen's Mate gets checkmated, 27-12. The King's Gambit baptizes The Cursed Cats in losses, 50-34. It's good to be king.

Then in division 12, SCAVENGERS OF WASTELAND feel the gravity of their situation as 9PLANETS ORBITING win, 72-26. The Surfers crash the Thundar party and give a few gnarly lickens,
Surfers win, 5-1.

Next up, is Division 13.
The Şpḭᶉᶖʈs̨ haunt the Raiders, 6-0. Oh, Spooky.
FREE CITY put the Pathway Seekers on a losing path, 46-2.

In Division 14. The LOST SOULS fell into an SOB Nest of Vipers.
The Vipers strike with venomous bites and win, 37-13.
Los Jefes show the ANGEL of FIRE who's the boss, by winning, 18-0.

Finally, in Division 15, Ivalice Alliance gets crushed by TEAM COBRA 14-0. Tempest Forged shutout Kolor Krew, 2-0.

In division 8, Pain Inc. had the antidote to The Infected 5¹.
Infected 5¹ feels the Pain as they fell, 68-30.

Division 11 had a super close battle between Queen's Mate and The King's Gambit.
Queen's Mate gets the Checkmate as Gambit loses its King.
Queen's Mate wins, 82-79. next time let the pawns go first.

In division 12, relative unknowns, Scavenger of Wasteland battle The Surfers.
The Surfers hang 10 and ride the wave to victory over the Scavengers, 20-11. Duuuude.

Now it's time for the beatdowns.

There were quite a few but I'll just highlight a few.

Division 4 had ᗷOᗰᗷSᑫᑌᗩᗪ 1 blowup on The Aussie Freaks. Just a few pieces left after that explosion.
ᗷOᗰᗷSᑫᑌᗩᗪ 1 takes the win, 108-14.

In division 5, Outlaws Inc. massacre the SOB HUNTER /KILLERS.
Outlaws Inc. takes the W, 64-1. Bad Outlaws. Bad Outlaws.

Next, in division 6, $tα¢кє∂Ðê¢k does it again. With a second win in 2 rounds, the MIGHTY JUSTICE AVENGERS got the bad Joker and lose the hand they were dealt, 102-14.

In division 9, ᗷOᗰᗷSᑫᑌᗩᗪ 2 also gave a beatdown to their opponents, The New Freaks.
The New Freaks get burnt, 70-3.

Division 10 had 2 beatdowns. Well, the ᗷOᗰᗷSᑫᑌᗩᗪ had a stellar round 2. ᗷOᗰᗷSᑫᑌᗩᗪ mini blasted the MacGregors!!, 50-0

-AND-

SUFFERING made SOB♆ ØVɆⱤⱠØⱤĐ suffer.
SUFFERING takes the win 21- 0.

In division 11, it's another ᗷOᗰᗷSᑫᑌᗩᗪ beatdown.
ᗷOᗰᗷSᑫᑌᗩᗪ 3 against The Cursed Cats. Them cats ran out of extra lives, and they get skinned, 50-8.

LWS 18- BACK TO BASICS ROUND 1 HIGHLIGHTS

BY: Todd Goode id# 12205

Welcome everyone to LWS 18- BACK TO BASICS round 1 highlights. I'm Harry Wankman, WHRT News, here doing the live commentary for the start of round 1. With 60 leagues facing off across 15 divisions, round 1 promises to have some great fights.

Its enough to make a fella thirsty and that's why I always pop a cold refreshing Heroes Energy Coke. Chock full of good stuff that increases your energy and stamina levels while the great taste leaves you relaxed and ready for anything.

"AHH!... That's refreshing and tastes great and no bad aftertaste either. I got my 4 pack. Did you get yours? Get yours today at your nearest Hero Consumable shop.

This drink is hard to put down but I gotta so I can do my commentary. Rather hard to drink and talk at the same time and still be professional.

Let's take a look at some highlights from round 1, LWS 18- BACK TO BASICS. You know, I enjoy those battles that have a close score all the way to the end of the round. Those keep you on the edge of your seat kind of fights. Let's see who they are.

In division 2, there was a close battle until the end of the round between the Disenchanted Brute Squad and the Angels of Sorcery. It sure was a close fight but the Brutes of Disenchanted pulled the feathers off of the Angels of Sorcery, 52-43, leaving the Angels disenchanted.

In division 8 The Star Force caught some kind of weird infection from Infected 5¹ that slowed the Star Force until they fell, 78-44. The Star Force was heard murmuring something about brains. Not sure what that is all about.

In division 10, ᗷOᗰᗷ❌Sᑫᑌᗩᗪ mini fell to Suffering in a close match. Suffering pulled their fuse and take the win, 49-43. The Bomb Squad no go boom today.

I also like a good beat down. Lots of action there as well. Let's take a look at those but first let me get another swallow of this great tasting Heroes Energy Coke.

What the heck was that? Some kind of hairy black blur just whizzed by me at top speed. I couldn't quite focus, it was so fast, but it smelled of all things like, well, a bear and my Heroes Energy Coke is gone.

Oh well, I still have three more. I'll just pop another one really quick, While I do my commentary.

There are a few teams handing out beatdowns that are just massacres. Here are the bloody beatdowns. Someone should call the medics. Teams on the receiving end are going to need them.

in division 1, Chaos Theory unleashed some real chaos on the Super Freaks but at least they didn't get totally skunked. The Super Freaks score two wins but fall in a hard way, 104-2 and 5th Precinct: Omniversal Traffic Cops fared even worse. They were totally skunked by WMD - NEW ORDER by a whopping 153 to zip.

Division 2 had some beatdown going on as well. COLONY 5¹ layeth down a penguin smackdown on 5Th Precinct: Omniversal Guardians. Yeah, I said it. Bite me Rock. COLONY 5¹ slammed 5Th Precinct: Omniversal Guardians, 162-1 but I gotta say, in the face of adversity, they went down swinging. Props for that.

In division 4, Fortress of Solitude put the Aussie Freaks back down under, 120-31. Their dirigidoo didn't.

All this action sure does make me thirsty. Time for another swallow of tasty and refreshing Heroes Energy Coke. As I pop the top and get the can to my mouth, this jumpy jittery racoon lookin fellow walks up and starts talkin and askin a bunch of rapid-fire questions that have nothing to do with each other. He was like, "Uh uh, hey man, uh uh, where's the bathroom at man? Why is the sky blue man? Why do they call asteroids, asteroids and hemorrhoids, hemorrhoids? Whoever named those things got it backwards, I think. I mean, uh uh, shouldn't they be the other way around? Like, you know what I mean? Meteors fall into a hemisphere and asteroids are just a pain in the behind.

I'm just sitting here, speechless while this Ritalin Racoon fellow keeps talkin nonstop and that hairy black blur just whizzed past me again and took my Heroes Energy Coke right outta my hand and racoon boy still askin questions. Hey man, uh uh, hey man, uh uh, do you smell a bear? I know Rocket racoon. He's my third cousin. Well, I gotta go now. oh look! A squirrel.

Yeah, I think I do and got a pretty good idea what's goin on but let me finish my commentary really quick. I'm almost done.

Finally, in division 6, $tα¢кє∂♦Ðê¢k close down Tygger’s Freak Show. No admittance for you but you can still have the popcorn. Tygger’s Freak Show get destroyed, 108-0.

Before I close out this commentary, I'm gonna set a little trap to catch the fuzzy blur of smelly bear hair. This should do it, five, 4packs of Heroes Energy Coke and a lil freeze spell that will stop anything that touches them.

Well folks, that wraps up LWS 18 - BACK TO BASICS round 1 highlight's. It's been an exciting round but it time to rest up for round 2. Good night and good luck in round 2. Imma catch me a bear any minute now.

There's the commotion I've been waiting for. It is definitely a bear alright. There he stands, mid stride, frozen in place. His big ole 19-acre sized paw frozen on all them 4packs of Heroes Energy Coke. Its Coke Bear playin a lil prank on me. He is one of those Animal Pharm fellas.

I walked over to him and laugh. That's sure was a fun prank. All in good fun but I'm gonna have the last laugh. You can have all those delicious 4packs of Heroes Energy Coke. Share em with the rest of the Pharm but that spell ain't gonna wear off for a couple hours. So don't go nowhere, as if you could. I gotta go now but if you want to be unfrozen faster, all you have to do is recite Fuzzy Wuzzy was a Coke Bear 25 times as loud as you can and you'll be unfrozen and free to leave.

As I walk away, I chuckle to myself, it won't unfreeze him but won't he look cute reciting Fuzzy Wuzzy was a Coke Bear for two hours. Hehehe.

The Hanzo Ninja Clan Presents: Atlas Events & Rewards

25104

We have now seen 3 Atlas events, each working out kinks from the previous ones.

I do believe though, that it has reached its regular format from now on. I won't go into the changes from the 1st 2, because they don't really matter going forward. Instead, we'll focus on the rules, some advice for doing better, and why you should even try. You can access new Atlas events, or look at older ones, by clicking the Leaders tab and then the Atlas sub-tab.

Atlas events represent world-effecting disasters that need to be prevented or countered by the hero community as a whole, much like World Raids.

So far, these have included asteroids, tornadoes, and floods.

Players build a Hero Deck out of their regular battle decks, using 45 cards. 12 have to be Att. 12 have to be Def. 12 have to be Move. That leaves 9 more cards that can be from any of your battle decks.

You must have 45 cards in your Hero Deck. No more and no less. You can have a maximum of 3 copies of any single card. This is what you will use to battle whatever catastrophe that particular Atlas event revolves around.

Your Hero Deck can be accessed and changed by clicking the Hero Deck tab in the event, or by clicking your Gear tab and finding the Hero Deck subtab afterwards
.
To access your deck for the event once, it costs 5 fights.

After accessing your deck, it will cost 3 energy to make each attack. This attack randomly gives you 3 cards from your Hero Deck to choose from. The card you choose will be the card used to damage the event for that attack, and then all 3 are put in a discard pile.

Damage will be based on 1 stat on the card. It might be the Att stat, the Def stat, or the Move stat, but you will know which based on the specific rules for that Atlas.

Therefore, when building a Hero Deck, be sure to use the cards with the highest stat used for that Atlas. You can attack 15 times each time the deck is shuffled, at a cost of 3 energy per attack. After your deck is exhausted, you can reshuffle it and start over for another 5 fights.

Despite what some may have tried to claim early on, Atlas isn't designed for a single specific player to win.

Honestly, almost anyone can win. The trick is simply hitting more than everyone else.

Granted, some players will have a little more advantage than others, in that their average card damage is higher, but that difference is negligible compared to the volume of hits.

On the 2nd Atlas, I hit for less damage per hit than anyone I compared to, but still won 1st place through sheer volume of hits.

Increasing the volume of hits is fairly easy.

You have 2 days' worth of consumables to use, if you plan well. There are consumables that add fights and energy as well as ones that increase the rate at which you get fights and energy. (Leveling up re-fills up your fights and energy as well.)

If you have the right HQ buildings, you can increase your fight and energy banks further to collect more resources while you are on other missions or away from the game.

The real trick is right here in this information: consumables.

The tricky part is understanding that it doesn't matter how much damage we do to avert the particular Atlas catastrophe because we're actually competing against each other for rankings. What matters instead is what percentage of the overall damage was done by your particular toon.

Depending on participation, some Atlas events may be far easier than others.

You may gain far more points for far less effort in one Atlas, then turn around and really grind the h**l out of the next but have a smaller portion of the pie. (Remember this so you don't wonder what happened down the road when results end up varying.)

Now, you might be wondering why one might want to participate in Atlas.

Let's 1st take a look at the prizes before we get into the real value of Atlas events.

The main prize at this time is a piece of gear called "Traveling Pants".

For those who win this prize, you are automatically a member of "The Herohood Of The Traveling Pants".

It doesn't matter if you're a hero or not. You're a hero for now. One of us! One of us! One of us! The gear itself isn't tremendously powerful, but it definitely isn't bad, and one that can most certainly find its use in many players' builds.

But even if you do find a good use for it, don't get too comfortable in them. They're called Traveling Pants for a reason... after every new Atlas event, they leave their previous owner and move on to the new 1st place winner.

After that, the rest of the main prizes are divided up by place, with 1 1st/gold, 2 more secondary gold, 3 silver, and 4 bronze prizes, consisting of MP cards and rare consumables.

Should the minimum damage goal be reached, all toons that have gone through at least one entire Hero Deck will gain a 1% bonus to one of their attributes for 1 week.

Finally, all participants gain Badge Points for participating. The more damage you do, and the higher your percentage of damage compared to your co-heroes, the more Badge Points you get.

Badge Points act similarly to experience points, except instead of leveling your toon, you're leveling their rank within Badge.

Like with experience points and leveling your toon, each new level costs more than the previous one. You can see how many Badge Points you have on your toon profile page, or on the Perks page found by pushing the Gear tab and then the Perks subtab.

The Perks tab lists how many Badge Points you have, as well as how many it will take to level your toon's rank to the next level.

It also lists how many Perks points you still have to assign, what Perks you have assigned, and what each Perk does.

Even if you have no interest in the rest of the prizes, Perks are a huge edge in the game and any player that wants to be competitive should really be trying to get them. Those that don't will have several fewer edges compared to those who do.

That makes the PvP game harder for them down the road, but that was their choice.

Many of these Perks are real game-changers. But keep in mind, some Perks are more useful for different players, depending on their situation.

For example, a player with only MP cards has no use for a Perk that increases his Bux. Meanwhile, a free player has no use for Perks that reward them for buying MP.

But let's take a look at these, shall we?

Stipend

Stipend comes in 3 levels. The 1st gives 25 MP at the start of each month. The 2nd gives 50 MP, and the 3rd gives 100 MP.

For the free and budget player, this might seem like a juicy deal, and for some, indeed it might be, but try to put it into perspective.

At level 1, it will take 3 months to earn enough MPs for a single spin in the Shuffle. For level 3, it will take 2 months to get 1 triple spin in the shuffle.

That might be worth it, but all things considered, one may want to look at the other Perks that provide more benefit for their troubles 1st.

Hard Worker

Hard Worker also has 3 levels and increases a toon's income from their career by 4% for Level 1, 8% for Level 2, and 15% for Level 3.

As easy as it is for players to gather Bux, I don't find this Perk particularly valuable. Others might disagree.

It does allow players to run more Bux cards before running up a deficit, and this may be of value to many free players, especially those that play less often.

The value of this Perk is overshadowed by many other Perks, in my opinion.

Redeployment

This Perk only comes in one level, making it easy to complete. It allows you to add 1 retired gear from the Shuffle that is a year old or more, back into the Shuffle for 30 days.

This may seem like an opportunity to get Uber gear from the past but remember, you still have to roll the Shuffle to get it, and even then there's no guarantee... (short of using Shuffle Exchange Tokens).

So before you do pick out a gear, be sure you either have available MPs so you can spin for it till you get all of them you want, or have enough Shuffle Exchange Tokens to get all you want.

Remember, adding a piece of gear to the Shuffle decreases the odds of every other card and gear in there, even though this isn't reflected in the displayed odds. This Perk will favor big-budget players far more than anyone else.

High Roller

This Perk is, without a doubt, made for the paying players.

It has 3 levels that give coupons for bonus MPs when you buy MPs.

Obviously, this has little to no use for free players, but will make a solid difference for paying players.

Level 1 gives a coupon on the 1st of every month that can be added to purchases for 3% more MP.
Level 2 gives 6% coupons, and Level 3 gives 10% coupons.

These coupon consumables can be stacked with sales, as well as with each other.
However, same X% coupons cannot be stacked with each other so it might behoove you to save your 3% and 6% coupons until you can stack them with your 10% coupons.

Free Reign

This Perk allows a player to change the odds of certain events or outcomes happening in their Patrols.

They are given a choice of different outcomes to increase by 3% for Level 1, 6% for Level 2, and 10% for Level 3.

This Perk will only find use by players that grind Patrols on a regular and consistent basis.
Considering lots of resources, like MP, Crystals, Bux, Powers, Gear, and Cons can be found in Patrols, this isn't at all a bad Perk. For grinder players, it should be one of their more favored ones.

War Profiteer

This Perk is HUGE for free and budget players! ABSOLUTELY HUGE!

There are only 2 Levels, making it fairly easy to complete.

The 1st Level allows you to have 0 upkeep on Bux powers on any day that a War battle is taking place.
Level 2 allows you the same as well as every day in between War battles.

For players relying on a large deficit for Wars, this is the Perk for you. This is a game-changing Perk that will allow free and budget players the juice they need to compete against the MP whales, during Wars.

Any free or budget player that wants to be competitive, should get this.

Consumer

This Perk comes in 4 Levels and thus has the most of any current Perk option.

Each Level allows you to add 1 extra consumables usage per type to your daily consumable limits, with the last Level adding not just 1, but 2.

Considering consumables touch every aspect of the game, those players that use them abundantly might want to seriously look at this Perk.

Since it touches pretty much every aspect of the game, it even can help you acquire more Badge Points during Atlas events.

Maurader

This Perk is strictly for Heavy Raiders and comes in 3 Levels.

At Level 1, it gives + 10 damage per hit, against the Raid boss. Level 2 gives 20, and Level 3 gives 40.

It creates many small gains, but small gains add up over time.

Remember this also, Perks are "permanent"... meaning you can't reassign them once initially assigned, except if the Perk is later modified by the Devs, or new Perks are added.

So keep this in mind before rushing to make a choice. Furthermore, take notice that the final Level of each Perk gives the most benefit for that particular Perk.

I'm not going to tell you which Perks I prefer, as that might lend my opponents some insight into how I will play against them, but make no mistake, these Perks are a big deal for those of you willing to take the time, play smartly, and put in the effort.

Perks are residual. So even though the effort may seem high at first, the rewards keep coming from that effort whether or not you continue for more, forever.

And if your opponents aren't making that effort too, all the better for you.

Prepare for a new Event...

Heroes... Alert Status Omega!!!

B.A.D.G.E. has been informed (by allies with skill in Divination) that an ATLAS event is about to occur.  In order to be properly prepared, heroes should go to their gear lockers (Gear tab) and assemble their best power cards into what shall be known hence as a HERO DECK

It is known that MOV powerscores will be critical for this event.

Once your DECK is prepared, remain on High Alert for the next 24 to 48 hours.

The Hanzo Ninja Clan Presents: The New AMA Scrap Yard

25104

Skull Helm

Type: Head

Element: Magic

Min Lvl: 10

Cost: 300 AMA Parts

REMARKABLE MAGIC AURA + 9
AMAZING MAGIC DAMAGE + 15
GOOD MAGICAL POISON + 3

Review:
This piece of gear is pretty solid. It has decent + Damage but also packs in solid residual damage in the forms of Poison and Aura Damage.
While no AMA gear has been epic up to this point, and we can't ever expect them to compete with the better Morphonic gear, this piece is still pretty solid.
Very few head gears are effective offensive pieces, and are usually designed for defense. But with this one packing in so much, entire build strategies could be rethought.

Jaws

Slot: Head

Element: Physical

Min Lvl: 10

Cost: 280 AMA Parts

SUPERIOR PHYSICAL DAMAGE + 20
SUPER STRIKE + 10%
REMARKABLE 2X DAMAGE + 8

Review:
Another piece of headgear that is all damage. Most headgear is defensive in nature. So for this headgear to pack in so much offense could potentially point to new trends in gear for the future.
This one packs in 20 Points of + Damage, as well as increases Precision and Base Damage with the Super Strike and 2X Damage.
If this had 3X Damage, I would say it was worthy of Shuffle gear.

Anti-Grav Boots

Slot: Boots

Element: Technical

Min Lvl: 10

Cost: 290 AMA Parts

SUPER MOVE + 12%
EXCELLENT WEAKEN FOE DODGE 6%
EXCELLENT STUN RESIST + 6

Review:
This too isn't a bad piece.
Like the two heads, it opens up build options because it has Stun Resist in a gear slot not previously represented. The Move rate isn't stupendous, but it isn't horrible and it is there.
Add in that Weaken Foe Dodge and this suddenly becomes a very interesting piece.
Like all gear effects, small numbers won't make much difference, so 6% may not seem like a lot. But it's the cumulative scores across several gear slots that make an effect effective.
So consider saving for a few of these.

Leather Pants

Slot: Leg

Element: Physical

Min Lvl: 10

Cost: 290 AMA Parts

BLOCK + 2300
LIFE + 40
SUPER RESIST TECH + 10
SUPER RESIST MENTAL + 10

Review:
Likely our 1st dud in this set.
There really isn't much to harp about with these legs. Maybe if you absolutely need some Tech or Mental Resist, but there are so many better and more worthwhile options out there.
I would pass this one up unless you're in desperate need for some reason.

Shock Glove

Slot: Arm

Element: Elemental

Min Lvl: 10

Cost: 300 AMA Parts

INCREDIBLE ELEMENTAL DAMAGE + 18
EXCELLENT BURN + 6
SUPER STUN + 10

Review:
Another pure damage piece that provides both nice + Damage as well as decent residual damage with the stackable Burn.
The Stun stat is decent enough and can charge a heavy toll on opponents when stacked, and provided they aren't heavily defended against it. Stun is one of the most combinable effects in the game.

Ring of Guile

Slot: Ring

Element: Mental

Min Lvl: 10

Cost: 300 AMA Parts

REMARKABLE NIGHTMARE AURA + 8
REMARKABLE PSYCHIC LIFESTEAL + 8
MAJOR (4) INITIATIVE
MINOR (2) PREVENT POISON

Review:
This is a nice piece of defensive gear.
The Aura Damage hits your opponent every time they take a turn. It's a guaranteed source of damage. Furthermore, the Lifesteal allows you to last longer against opponents, as it heals you each time you successfully attack. The Prevent Poison can come in quite handy in the current environment where Poison is even still ravaging opponents that don't build against it.
The Initiative is a nice plus as it edges the ever-valuable first strike in your favor.

AND INTRODUCING- 3 NEW SIDEKICKS!!!

This AMA Scrapyard gives us 3 new Sidekicks.

All three are pure damage output. The damage is fair, but not great, and unless you need the specific damage they provide, there certainly are better options like the two SK found in the store, or even better, the Easter Bunny SK due out during the Easter Event.
These SK aren't bad. They're better than the majority of the 50-Day Login SKs. But they are a little lackluster compared to a few other easy-to-get SKs.

Astartes

Slot: Sidekick

Element: Physical

Min Lvl: 50

Cost: 280 AMA Parts

MAJOR PHYSICAL AURA + 5
GOOD 3X DAMAGE + 3

Gunner

Slot: Sidekick

Element: Physical

Min Lvl: 50

Cost: 290 AMA Parts

STRIKE + 2200
SUPER ELEMENTAL DAMAGE + 10

Walker

Slot: Sidekick

Element: Magic

Min Lvl: 50

Cost: 300 AMA Parts

GOOD STUN + 3
SUPER MAGIC DAMAGE + 10

And--

There is a NEW Anti-Morph Power!!!

Presenting... ANTI-MORPH WINGS

Good Hunting, Heroes!!
