Firstly, I have to say at the outset how incredibly difficult it was to judge this competition. There were quite a few entries, and all were of high standard. The response was overwhelming but very encouraging.
I have had some feedback about the entries, and have decided to award two First Prizes and one Second Prize (these make up the top three prizes); in addition, all qualifying entries will receive a Merit Prize of one Strange Fiction card.
