Time to enter the Terrible Twos!!!

 June 1st is a special day around the Heroes Rising game.

It marks the birthday/anniversary of world our heroes currently play in. Around here, that makes the day a very important one as it marks the beginning of a new period of celebration, because here in Heroes Rising, the party doesn't go on for one day, but many.

The curtains are drawn tightly closed as to what to expect. Last year, Nova made a special announcement about a new facility for the heroes.

League War 3 started shortly after, so maybe there will be a new installment of league war competition.

Dan Peyton might also have more story to go along with the mystery of the Avatars, who the secret organization might be that was after the mysterious tome, and a million other possible stories that might have potential to be explored. Catch up on his latest batch of stories under the Lore Tab. Or catch up on all the tales he has told so far to better understand the world we are playing in. Fighting may be the main draw of the game but the lore gives our character's actions context. 

His stories often signal an approaching RAID. This last year, our heroes have faced several RAID opponents. Skelanimal, The Spirit of Halloween, Krampus, Lady Phoenix, the Giant Robot, and most recently, Arx. I know I will be paying close attention to what will be happening within the game. Will you? Or will you be late to the table and miss out on some of the fun because you were busy mowing the grass? 

Headquarters were introduced over the last year. Several in-game interface improvements were installed. Multiple fiction and art contests were held. Every month, it seems something interesting, exciting, and incredible was introduced, enhancing either the game play or content. 

Perhaps there will be some new opportunities to Patrol. A Cake Walk Patrol? This new feature offers a good deal of potential events. Since Heroes Rising's last birthday, we saw several unique events, such as the Ruby Shard hunt, the Halloween Trick-or-Treat, the Christmas Gift Exchange, Frostuary, and Easter Village. Content in the game has been expanding recently at an increased pace, so there is always possibility for more to come.
