Now that you have started building your hero, you will need all the help you can get in order to learn the ropes, grow your toon, and interact with the Heroes Rising community.

One of the special qualities of the game is that it is very socially-oriented. To experience it to the fullest, you need to add team mates (friends on Facebook), join a league, interact with other players, participate in fan-fiction, and even contribute to developing the Heroes Rising canon, as well as provide feedback to the developers on game-play, features, and even mechanics.

To this end, there is a Facebook group for all players: Heroes Rising Players. Simply request to join, and once a member, feel free to interact with others, ask for advice and tips, and participate in the active social universe of Heroes Rising.

As a particpant Heroes Rising, you are encouraged to contribute to its lore and develop your toon alongside others in a continuously growing canon. (An introduction to the Heroes Rising origin story can be found here.)

For all fan-fiction (including exciting opportunities to win prizes), go to the fiction forum:
https://heroes-rising-forum.2349640.n4.nabble.com/
Apart from rewards for sharing your stories, fiction competitions are held from time-to-time, so check it out regularly.

Last but not least, the Heroes Rising blog, These City Streets is the official media center where all news, announcements, links, and guides are posted regularly. It is also where all Heroes Rising Sentinel articles are posted, along with game updates, events, background to artwork, as well as featured fan-fiction from the fiction forum. There is also an introductory primer for new players.
