Round One of LW2 is over. The Sentinel interviewed a few of the participants and asked them the following questions:
1. What was the highlight of Round One for you?
2. Would you do anything differently next time, and if so, what?
3. Anything else?
Here are some of their replies:
Birdflu:
"I had asked folks to ungear and hit my toon... well... The highlight was at the end of the round... next time I might drink more mimosas to get ready..."
Powerman:
"The biggest highlight of round one was not having to fight one of the strongest teams in lw's right off the bat. I was thankful that other people fought hard to make sure we won. I miss some toons being around like death exe is always on people's mind. I hope we do a good showing."
The Closer:
"The Highlight of round one over at the 5th is Spaceforce, with a powerful showing in Division 5. Our thanks to the league Shadow Warrior, and its leader Lannister for a great match. I believe this is one of the most exciting divisions to watch this League Wars!"
Humongous:
"The highlight of this one was negotiating for resources with other tribes."
Aflima:
"Would I do anything differently? Certainly! Probably wake up earlier and try to put the opposition under pressure; that said the end result wasn't in doubt. But we see top teams strike hard and early from previous wars, maybe that's the correct tactic going forward."
