When a member of our community, a Mr. Zen Spheniscidae, suggested that we would begin an inter-league "league buy" arrangement. I wasn't sure we were ready, I was even vocal about my concerns.
Now, having partaken in the group buys a couple of times, I can say everything went just as smoothly as any league buy. I am likely to make use of them again. You should consider it, if you can't gather interest to participate in one.
A league buy is set up with a $100 minimum purchase, and to join this group you would have to temporarily, leave your current league and accept another invite. New participants will be expected to purchase first, as good faith for joining the group. That is the best way to protect the members.
In closing, they have changed my mind, I think it's good for the game, and the community.
If you don't know what a league buy is, I suggest you visit the standalone site at www.heroesrisinggame.com click the "morphon" tab, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and check it out.
If you need to join a league that will support your toon building, with or without buying Morphon Particles, ask the guy that beats you in the arena, he'll probably have a good idea who to talk too.
