This time it will be the 25 most powerful hero's and villains over the level of 300. With 47 hardboiled contenders will the list be scrambled.? Is there a new number 1? With dozens of toons to consider I am sure the list won't go over easy. Some rotten eggs will disagree but you can't make a omelet without breaking a few eggs.
