Before the month of October ends, we have the opportunity to revisit a simpler, more childlike pastime.
Trick or Treating!!!
No need for training or anything strenuous. All you need to do is do some virtual doorknocking.
There are a couple of fun options built into this EVENT!
1) Going door to door to collect gifts from other players and in-game personalities. Who knows what you might get. Some players may give out little treats where others offer bigger rewards of Morphons, Gear, Bux, or Power Cards. All that you need to do is knock on a door, wait for them to open it, and take the reward. For players that use an email to play rather than a Facebook account, this is a good way to get some in game ITEMS, such as More Fun bars or Hater Aid, that are not accessible without Facebook Friends.
2) You can choose to fill a bucket with items possessed by your character to give away. Go to the HOST YOUR HOUSE FOR TRICK OR TREATING button on the top of the main event page. Follow the instructions and fill your buckets with goodies. The more you give away, the more you could earn in rewards for quantities of items given out. For example, the first treat another player takes from you earns a Selfie With Nova Power Card. 30 items given away will earn you 30 Morphons. The list goes on and on.
And speaking of Morphons, if you read all the way to the bottom of the list of rewards for giving away items from your house, there is the potential to earn a Jack's Icy Glare head piece, first offered as a prize in the raid against The Spirit of Halloween. If you give away the most raw Morphon (not items purchased with MP) points to Trick-or-Treaters at your house, you win one of these highly-sought after Gear Pieces. One will be assessed every daily 24-hour period of time, so don't wait. This event ends on Sunday.
So, take a look at your inventories and see what you have to part with. Have fun sending special little messages to other players, knocking on their doors, and spreading some good natured activity with other players collecting more prizes. Take some time to be social and enjoy the community. It won't be long until we have some new super-villain to face.
