Who wants the Power of Knowledge?

By Chaz Hamilton

Greetings Sentinel Readers,

Would you like to play a game???

A game of Trivia??

For the next two weeks, I am going to take on the role of Trivia-Master here in the Sentinel blogosphere and ask some questions about your knowledge of the Heroes Rising Lore. Yes, that's right. I will be the host of a new online gameshow, Who Wants a Free Power Card!

Would you like to participate?

Do you have the Power of Knowledge? Do you want the Power of Knowledge?

I'm of course speaking of the Power Card itself, which can be yours for the low, low price of knowing some answers.

Starting on Tuesday, at a random time, I will ask two trivia questions based in the lore of Heroes Rising as written by author Dan Peyton. They will relate to content from one or more of his chapters in past stories he has shared. On Saturday, I will ask three more questions at a different time. The person who responds first with the most correct answers (and by correct, I mean correctly spelled and fully answered) will win a free Power of Knowledge Power Card. Participants will have 24 hours to respond with their anwswers.

If more than 20 people participate, I can give away a card to the top two people with answers, and if more than 50 people join in, 3 Power of Knowledge cards will go out to the top three contestants.

In preparation for the new chapters in Dan Peyton's continuing saga, the first weeks questions will come from recent lore since the Battle in Bursa.

The questions for the second week will dip back further. That way you can take some time to brush up on his offered readings.

As I earlier stated, there will be 24 hours to answer each set of questions once posted. Messages with your hopefully correct answers are to be sent as a message to Chaz Hamilton on Facebook. This way your responses will be kept secret. As the legendary Mr. Edwards once said, "No peeking. Won't stand for no peeking." I will include a link on Tuesday's first post to use to respond to the questions.

There will be a total of five questions asked, but some questions may have multiple answers needed to be correct. The most correct answers wins. In the case of ties, the time the responses are sent/received will be used to determine the winners.

As a part of your Halloween costumes, dust of your old Thinking Caps (if you need to purchase one, they are available for 222 Morphons in the Armory) and test your literary memory against other players.

See everyone sometime on Tuesday, the 6th of October. Good luck, and don't be the weakest link! (Opps, wrong show. I tried out for host on two different shows. Didn't get that gig. Sorry!)
